Viewing Individual Messages

You may need to see the individual messages to and from one of your routing codes. There are a several ways to do this, described below.

However, if you need to see the individual messages from many users to a specific short code (or other number), you may want to use our Console feature, which provides a real-time view of all the messages coming into a Console Inbox. For more information, see Using Console.

To and from a specific end user

  1. Click the Utilities tab.
  2. Use the User Message History search.

Routed through a specific service

  1. Click the Services tab.
  2. Find the service you want, then click on the envelope icon to the right of the row.

You can also use the Filter Message History utility found on the Utilities tab.

Routed through a specific keyword

  1. Click the Routing tab.
  2. Find the keyword you want, then click on the envelope icon to the right of the row.
