Removing End Users from All Subscriptions Manually

You can manually remove one or more end users from all of your subscriptions via a Utilities tool.

This tool removes the specified end users from all subscriptions, bar protected subscriptions, available to your account.

Removing by free-form text box

  1. Click the Utilities tab.
  2. Click Unsubscribe Users in the Unsubscribe Multiple Users tool. A new page appears.
  3. In the Unsubscribe Users section, select the primary identifier (phone number, email address or end user ID).
  4. Enter the end user details into the empty field. Use a separate line for each end user, with the primary identifier as the first item of data.

    Only one identifier is required. Any additional data is ignored.

  5. Click Unsubscribe Users to remove the end users.

Removing users in a file

  1. Click the Utilities tab.
  2. Click Unsubscribe Users in the Unsubscribe Multiple Users tool. A new page appears.
  3. In the Unsubscribe Users Using a CSV File section, select the primary identifier.
  4. Browse to the file.

    In the file, use a separate line for each end user, with the identifier as the first column of data. Only one identifier is required. Any additional data is ignored.

    Note: The CSV file must use ASCII or windows-1252 character encoding.

  5. Click Unsubscribe Users to remove the end users.
