Common Reports

The reporting tools are available in the Statistics tab. The types of reports available include:

  • SMS and MMS statistics
  • Subscription statistics, such as the length of time your customers remain subscribed to a campaign
  • Mobile Crediting statistics
  • Other statistics, such as operator lookup requests

Reports are pulled from real-time data, so can include the most recent activity for a campaign.

Each report below uses the statistics wizard to generate the report.

You can access MEP Deactivated Users reports through Reports on Customer Center. These reports return data about MSISDNs deactivated from MEP subscriptions.

  • Daily Detailed MEP Deactivated Users Report: This report returns details about the total number of deactivated users for the past 24 hours from the current date as they relate to subscription lists within MEP.
  • Daily MEP Deactivated Users Count Report: This report returns the total counts of deactivated users for the last 24 hours from the current date as they relate to subscription lists within MEP.

You can also generate a custom report containing only the data you want to see. For more information on these reports, see MEP Deactivated Users.

Number of Operator Lookups

You can view the number of operator lookups you have used via MEP Statistics wizard. Some of the categories you can group by are:

  • Network Lookup Account — Groups the lookups by account.
  • Network Lookup Sub-type — Groups the lookups by whether they were performed as part of a service (handler) or as part of a subscription list (task).
  • Network Lookup Result — Groups the lookups by whether the lookup request was accepted (succeeded) or whether an issue stopped MEP from attempting a lookup (failed). The succeeded group includes lookups that were unsuccessful because the number was malformed or the mobile operator could not be found.

For example, if you wanted to see all the operator lookups that have occurred for an account since the start of the year, do the following:

  1. From the Statistics tab, choose Other Statistics > Network Lookup.
  2. Choose Network Lookup Account from the category options, and then click Next.
  3. Optionally choose an additional category to filter on. For example, you might want to see the lookups grouped by month.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Choose whether you wish to narrow the search with further filters, and then click Next.
  6. Choose the date range for the report using the preset option, This Year, and then click Next to generate the report.

Success rate for SMS messages sent

In statistics for SMS messages, you can filter on and view message numbers based on the delivery status for the message. This reports the current known delivery status, which may change for some messages if the mobile operator is still attempting to deliver the message.

To see the success rate each day in the last week:

  1. Click the Statistics tab.
  2. Click SMS Statistics to open the options, then click Sent SMS. This opens the statistics wizard.
  3. Select Period of time equals 1 Day as the first category, and then click Next.
  4. Select Message Delivery Status as the second category, then click Next.
  5. If desired, select any filters (such as by short code or keywords)
  6. Choose the date range for the report using the present option Last Week, and then click Next to generate the report.

The SUBMITTED DELIVERED REPORT column shows the number of messages where the mobile operator confirmed that the handset received the message.
